For your convenience, the A2zelectronics accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please have your card number and expiration date ready.
* Delivery Information
* Orders placed before 2:00 PM (P.S.T.) Monday through Friday for products that are in stock will generally be processed the same day.
* Orders placed after 2:00 PM (P.S.T.) and on weekends for products that are in stock will be processed the following business day.
* Next- and second-business day rush deliveries are dependent on stock availability and the time at which the order is placed.
* All order processing times can be impacted by credit card validation processes.
* Please allow three to five business days for regular surface deliveries.
* Canceling or Changing Your Order
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel or change it by e-mailing us at cancel@A2zelectronics.com or calling 877-438-3444 .
* Returns and Exchanges Policies
* Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment if in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
* Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 7 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
* All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
* Merchandise will not be accepted for return if the supplied accessories have been opened.
* Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
* There will be a 25% restocking charge for all returns.
* Backorders
In some instances, products listed on A2zelectronics may be temporarily out of stock. We will contact the customer by email and/or telephone to advise them of the delay and have the them indicate whether they are willing to wait for the item.
