The price for my 4Gb Compact Flash card was completely unmatched by any other vendor. There was a slight delay in delivery due to supply and demand issues, but upon calling the customer service number, I was not put on hold at all but cleary explained the situation and received the item shortly thereafter.

Spoke to the dealer before I ordered. Was told that the specific brand was not available, but the other top brand would be substituted. Not caring which one, I ordered and it was receivied in a week, coast to coast. Would buy again from this dealer.

The customer service was good because one of the items was backordered, but the merchant contacted me and we agreed on what to do. He followed through. Shipping costs on these items could have been a little lower, but good overall. I would consider buying again...

I recently posted a withering review of a2zelectronics. It ends up that my order was not processed because the address that I gave for my credit card was different from the address on file (I have recently moved). a2z did not complete the order because of concerns about fraud. While it would have been great if this issue had been resolved before I left such negative feedback, I have to say that the customer service that I recieved was first rate from that point forward. My order shipped immediatly, and I had my products the next day. I would use this merchant again.

The product I bought was in immaculate condition, was sent out for shipment the next day, a2zelectronics did absolutely everything flawlessy. I give a 9 out of 10, only because I paid for 2nd Day Air from UPS, and UPS mis-routed the package 2 times in 2 days (hail UPS Online Package Tracking...) and ended up being 3 days later than it was supposed to be.
Other than that, I will not hesitate to do business with a2zelectronics again. They did everything as promised, too bad UPS collective heads are up their collective rear-ends, they caused a2zelectronics to get a 9 when they should have got a perfect 10.

I chose this merchant because of the great price. They processed my order right away. It took about a week to get it, which is understandable because I live on the oppisite coast from them. I will shop with them again.
